I purchased a small start-up franchise in April of 2004. To date my
head office team and I have been working hard with the existing Franchisees and
Area Developers to develop the Java Express Neighbourhood Cafe culture. Our
recent initiatives include developing and introducing new menu items, and
creating a franchise-wide marketing campaign complete with print ads, coupons
and brochures, radio spots, and in-store promotional materials. Franchise sales
are now beginning to reflect these recent changes and we couldn't be more
